Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all direct bookings of holiday accommodation via our website www.tierravivatranquila.es (hereinafter “website”) between the guest (hereinafter “customer”) and Tierra Viva Tranquila (hereinafter “provider”).
2. Booking and contract conclusion
A binding rental agreement between provider and customer is concluded when the booking process on our website is completed. The customer receives a booking confirmation by email.
3. Payment terms
Full payment (100% of the total amount) is due within 14 calendar days after booking. If payment is not made on time, the provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.
4. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 calendar days before arrival.
For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be retained.
Cancellation must be made in writing by email to kontakt@tierravivatranquila.es.
5. Arrival and departure
Regular check-in is from 4:00 pm, check-out is by 11:00 am at the latest.
Different times are only possible by arrangement.
6. Use of the accommodation
The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons specified in the booking. Subletting or commercial use is not permitted.
The customer undertakes to treat the accommodation and inventory with care.
7. Deposit
The provider reserves the right to request a deposit. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure if the property is handed over properly.
8. Damage and liability
The customer is liable for damage caused. The provider is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, including burglary or theft.
9. Force majeure
If the stay cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, official orders, pandemics), the customer will receive a voucher for a later stay. Refunds are not made in these cases.
10. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed exclusively for booking purposes and in accordance with our privacy policy, available at: www.tierravivatranquila.es/datasecurity
11. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The law of the Kingdom of Spain applies. The place of jurisdiction is Cádiz unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
12. Severability clause
If individual provisions of these terms are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
